Kelly Michelle Stables grew up in St. Louis in Missouri. She performed with The Muny Opera. She graduated cum laude from The University of Missouri Columbia with a BA in Communications and Theatre. When she moved from Missouri to Los Angeles she quickly got involved in acting for theater as well as choreographing over a dozen musicals and plays including The Little Foxes Brady Bunch: The Musical Peter Pan at the Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera as well as 7 lead roles at LA's award-winning Storybook Theatre. Kelly began to land roles in television and films as she studied improvisation in The Groundlings. Kelly has an unique voice and her small size makes her able to perform a range of roles. Her work together with Naomi Watts as Samara the antagonist on The Ring 2 is well recognized, but she's most well-known as the lively receptionist on Two and a Half Men. Between 2011 and 2015, Kelly played a paralegal at-day/party night hopper as a Series regular for The TV Land sitcom The Exes. Kelly was also a regular as Alyssa's charming, smart sister in the ABC show Romantically Challenged and as the worried suburban mom on the CW series No Tomorrow. She is known for her soprano vocals in many animated shows. These include Doctor McStuffins Tom & Jerry Sofia the First. Recent roles include the charming and dim Cloud 9 employees on NBC's Super-hit comedy Superstore. She's married to two children and has a peaceful home. She enjoys writing, sew and volunteer in school.
